: SEEKING MOUNTAIN LAND: MINIMUM 10 ACRES OF SUNNY MOUNTAIN LAND (100 acres being ideal)

In the perspective above, we are still seeking mountenous rural raw land with these characteristics.

1. Mountenous with lush forests and flora and wild-life at its best. Well drained and faciing South, well exposed to the Sun.

2. With a river on the property (waterfall and lake or pond even better, if not, with a good backhoe, this can be created).

3. Secluded in the midst of Nature wilderness. The more isolated, wild and "pure" the better. And cheaper.

4. Sunny area, but not so much that there would be serious water shortage.

5. In an area with little if any pollution and far from hunters and mainstream developers (ideally).

 

Once the retreat center is operational, we will need to find visitors. Thus, the land should not be too far from an airport, withing three hours.
